From Beauty to Purpose: The Story Behind The Glossy Diva Experience
Glossy Diva began with a simple idea: beauty should be accessible, enjoyable and empowering for everyday people.
After years of working behind the chair, teaching in cosmetology classrooms and creating looks for special occasions, I realized that beauty was about much more than the products we use or the makeup we wear. It was about confidence, education, self-expression and helping people recognize their own beauty.
In 2018, I began developing Glossy Diva Cosmetics & Supplies, bringing together my experience in hair, makeup, fashion and education. What started with a small collection of products grew into an expanding beauty business built around practical skincare, makeup and personal attention.
But as the business grew, so did the vision.
I have always been more than one thing. I am an educator, a creative, an entrepreneur, an author and a woman of faith. Each part of my journey has taught me something, and each experience has opened another door to helping others.
I began to see that the women coming to me for makeup lessons were sometimes the same women who needed encouragement to start a business, write down their dreams, deepen their faith or rediscover their confidence.
And that is how The Glossy Diva Experience began to take shape.
Today, it brings together six areas of my work under one vision. Through beauty products, professional education, vision planning, books, ministry and events, I want to create opportunities for people to learn, grow, connect and move forward with purpose.
Some people will discover us through a lipstick. Others will come for a makeup class, a vision board workshop, a devotional, a book or a ministry event. Wherever their journey begins, my hope is that they leave with something more than what they came for.
Because The Glossy Diva Experience is not simply about looking good. It is about learning, creating, growing, serving and living purposefully.
